It hasn’t been 24 hours yet but fuck that rule! The cunt that stole his phone hasn’t given it back, and without it, we can’t contact him! He doesn’t know any of our phone numbers by heart, so he can’t even call us from a payphone! Since his school is closed, he’s probably wandering around somewhere in the State College, Pennsylvania area. My dad said he’d call me if they find out anything, but still!
