Lol wow I don’t know how to draw Ivan anymore.
sshhhh Radio, he looks great. ♥♥
Can Al be his valentine?
Guess who was the one who gave it to him?
RADIO RADIO RADIO RADIO.. THE SOUNDS I JUST MADE. OH MY GOD! YOU HAVE MADE MY NIGHT.
This is beautiful. And I’m dusting off my writing skills to write a fic. I don’t think I could EVER do your drawings justice but… I tried. ♥
“Hey you!”
Ivan barely had time to wonder if he was the one being called before his vision was obscured by red and green and white. He stared down at a beautiful bouquet of roses that appeared seemingly out of nowhere.
“This is for you!” Ivan looked to the man holding the bouquet. He was wearing dark sunglasses and a weird cap. Frankly, he looked very suspicious and rather strange. Ivan was ready to decline for fear of something jumping out of the bouquet when he noticed the tell-tale blush not quite hidden by the man’s glasses.
Whoever this was wanted him to have the roses. However beautiful they were, Ivan was wary. There was an even number of roses in the bouquet. Perhaps this wasn’t something done as a kind gesture. Even number of flowers never meant anything good. “Why are you giving these to me? I do not need sympathy right now.”
“It’s not— God, it’s not sympathy.” The man was looking at everywhere but Ivan. He shuffled his feet, seemingly embarrassed. “It’s for valentine’s day. I— Your valentine, uh, wanted to give them to you. In person. But they’re too shy.” The stranger laughed and Ivan felt something really familiar in the way the other man was rambling but he couldn’t quite place what it was. “So, here,” he thrust the roses towards Ivan’s face again. “Take them. Your valentine would love for you to take them.”
His valentine? Who could it possibly be? Ivan realized the flowers were shaking a little and decided to take pity on the man.
“Okay,” he replied, smiling as he felt himself flush. They really were quite beautiful. The other man beamed.
“Great! Okay! Yeah, awesome. Right, I gotta go now. Enjoy the flowers!”
The other man was gone before Ivan had a chance to properly thank him. Ivan felt confused and a little bewildered. It wasn’t like he actually took part in Valentine’s Day so why would someone go to all the trouble to give him flowers for a day he didn’t even celebrate? He stood on the sidewalk for a little while longer before making his way back home. Oh well. He would enjoy the lovely flowers as his way of thanking his valentine, whoever it was.

Alfred turned the corner and immediately slumped against the wall. He had done it! Operation: Give Ivan His Valentine Even Though Ivan Didn’t Celebrate Valentine’s Day was a total success! He felt a bit stupid at not having realized there was twelve roses in the bouquet but Ivan had accepted in the end and that was all that mattered.
For a moment, Alfred was sure Ivan would know exactly who he was but aha, his perfect disguise had worked. That’ll teach Mattie. Dark sunglasses and a cap always work, both in movies and real life.
Alfred smiled at the memory of seeing the blush slowly blossom on Ivan’s face. The man really was something special. Alfred had worried for days that roses wouldn’t be the right way to go but he felt that it was the only way to show he really cared.
Now, all that was left to do was work up the courage to ask Ivan out on a date without using a disguise. That wouldn’t be so hard.
Right?
ILU I just drew this out of whim xD And you even made a mini fic ;w; Ahhh <333333
